Career Opportunities

The management philosophy at Mental Health America of Northwest Indiana is to focus on the needs of others before you consider your own. We acknowledge other people's perspectives, give them the support they need to meet their work and personal goals, involve them in decisions when appropriate, and build a sense of community and care within the team and organization.

MHANWI embodies sharing values of diversity and inclusion to not only achieve but also sustain excellence. We believe that we can best promote excellence by recruiting and retaining diversity in our staffing and by creating a climate of respect and genuine understanding of human differences—including race, ethnicity, gender, age, socioeconomic status, national origin, sexual orientation, disability and religion. We honor open communication, mutual respect, a commitment to integrity, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving; and we are proud to provide a flexible, safe, and supportive environment in which to succeed.
